Welcome to Classic Service. By booking our services via phone or WhatsApp, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

A. Business Identity

Classic Service is an independent MSME-registered organization (Udyam Reg:UDYAM-TN-24-0159247) based in Chennai. We provide multi-brand home appliance repair services, including ACs, Washing Machines, and Refrigerators. We are not an authorized service center for any specific appliance brand or manufacturer.

B. Service & Inspection Fees

• Visiting Charge: A standard inspection fee of ₹299 applies for every doorstep visit.
• Non-Repair Fee: If you choose not to proceed with the repair after the technician diagnoses the issue, the ₹299 visit charge is still payable.
• Payment Methods: We only accept payments via GPay (UPI) or Cash. Credit and Debit cards are not accepted or processed through our website.

C. Warranty Policy

We provide up to a 90-day warranty on labor and spare parts replaced during the service.

• Void Conditions: Warranty becomes void if the appliance is serviced or opened by a third-party technician, or if issues arise from misuse, power surges, or physical damage.
• Claim Process: Customers must present the original digital or physical service receipt to claim warranty support.

D. Technician Visit

By booking or calling our service number, you authorize a Classic Service technician to contact you and visit your premises. Our standard service hours are 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM. Appointments booked outside these hours will be scheduled for the next available time slot.

E. Limitation of Liability

Classic Service is not responsible for any pre-existing appliance issues, data loss, or incidental damages during or after the repair process. Our liability is limited solely to the cost of the specific service performed.

F. Working Hours

Our service hours are from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Sunday. Bookings made after hours will be handled during the next working period.
